DataVolt and NEOM agreed in 2025 to develop an AI data center campus at Oxagon in Saudi Arabia. DataVolt's chief executive said in August 2026 that the first phase was still awaiting groundbreaking, expected within two or three months.
The cited report describes a 1.5 GW overall campus and says the first phase was expected to operate by 2028, but gives no first-phase capacity. It does not identify HUMAIN as the partner or support the 360 MW figure in this project record.
