Keppel DC Singapore 1 is an operating data center at 25 Serangoon North Avenue 5, owned by Keppel DC REIT, on a leasehold site running to September 2055. It has 225,945 square feet of gross floor area and 17 tenants, but was only 53.3 percent occupied at the end of 2025, the lowest of Keppel's five Singapore buildings.
The facility brought in about 16.5 million Singapore dollars in rental income in 2025 and is valued at 307 million dollars, above the 262.8 million dollars Keppel paid for it. Singapore has capped new data center construction since a 2019 moratorium, and new projects now must meet strict energy efficiency rules under the government's Green Data Centre Roadmap.
