Khazna and BEEAH announced a joint venture in 2022 to develop a Tier 3 data center in Sharjah. They said the facility would have 9 MW of capacity once operational, with redundant power and cooling systems.

Equinix lists its AD1 data center in Abu Dhabi with 13,244 square feet of colocation space. Its facility page describes a two-story building with redundant power and cooling systems. A later Khazna announcement describes a separate proposed data center in Kalba, Sharjah; the cited articles do not establish that it is the same 9 MW project.
