AdaniConneX, the Adani Group's joint venture with US company EdgeConneX, runs a Rs 744 crore data center in Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, that has been operating since 2025 and draws an estimated 80 megawatts of power. Google leased 464,000 square feet at the site in 2022 for 10 years, starting at Rs130.98 crore a year, and AdaniConneX bought the 34,275-square-meter Sector 62 parcel in July 2021 for a planned Rs 2,400 crore investment, after being granted a separate 39,146-square-meter site in Noida's Sector 80 that April. In February 2026 Adani Group said it would spend $100 billion to expand its national data center capacity to 5 gigawatts by 2035, including more campuses in Noida, though it has not said where in the city or how large they would be.

Adani Energy Solutions has applied for a license to sell electricity directly to the DC Park area of Noida that includes the Sector 62 site; the application entered public consultation in late August 2026. "We have applied for a distribution licence for a designated and bounded area occupied by DC Park in Noida, to serve specific data-centre needs, especially to supply reliable and uninterrupted power with a larger share of green electrons to these facilities," an Adani Power spokesperson said. For now the Sector 62 site buys its power from the state-owned distributor Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, and eight peepul trees on the plot were transplanted with permission before construction.
