Casa dos Ventos is developing a data center for ByteDance within the Pecém Industrial and Port Complex in Ceará, Brazil. The plans described to DCD call for 210 MW in the first phase and up to 300 MW at full buildout, with operations then scheduled for January 2027.
The Anacé Indigenous community filed a complaint in August 2025 seeking to stop the project and challenging its environmental licensing and consultation process. Casa dos Ventos disputed the community's account of the site's proximity to Indigenous land.
