Cardiff is a smaller, Tier 2 UK data center market that draws on Wales' financial-services and research-institution base and a strong renewable power supply, the same report says.
The property's carrying value in Keppel's books fell to about 22.8 million Singapore dollars at the end of 2025, down from 26.6 million a year earlier.
