Data centers in Hunterdon County, New Jersey: 1 project mapped
Hunterdon County's only data center project is a small one in the Town of Clinton. Comcast Cable is converting the vacant former TD Bank branch at 92 W. Main Street into a building for computer servers and network equipment, after the town's land use board approved the plan in the summer of 2025. It is a one-story, 2,170-square-foot building on just over an acre that had sat empty for eight to ten years.
The site will not be staffed full time. Comcast will install two generators and remove the drive-through lane at the back of the property; online listings show the building dates from around 1975 and was last renovated around 2017. Comcast also has an office and data center on Centerton Road in Moorestown, in Burlington County.
