CloudHQ operates a data center campus called the CDG Campus in Lisses, in the Essonne department south of Paris, France. The developer's two buildings share 148.8 megawatts of power in the Leonard de Vinci business park, and the first phase was inaugurated in June 2025. CloudHQ says 74 of those megawatts are still available for new customers, meaning the second building is still filling up.

The specific 13.7-hectare parcel sits at the edge of Lisses, bordering the neighboring commune of Vert-le-Grand, in the Les Folies development zone west of town. Two 225-kilovolt lines feed the site, one main and one backup, and regional officials capped the power RTE could deliver at 240 megawatts, or 120 per building. Ground was broken in late 2022, and the first stone was laid in July 2023 after four years of work among CloudHQ, local agencies and the town of Lisses, the Essonne chamber of commerce said.

Waste heat from the campus will supply the Corbeil-Essonnes district heating system, warming as many as 7,000 homes. "This data center is a pride for our territory. It is exemplary both ecologically and in its ability to create synergies," said Michel Bisson, president of Grand Paris Sud. The chamber said 62,000 square meters there will become green space, with 800 trees planted. CloudHQ's own campus page still lists 74 of the site's 148.8 megawatts as available to lease, so the second building keeps filling rather than standing finished.
