Digital Realty PAR13 (Les Ulis) data center, Île-de-France, France

PAR13 is a Digital Realty data center at 14 rue de l'Orme à Moineaux in Les Ulis, in France's Essonne department, and its second phase, delivered by the contractor Equans in July 2024, brought it to 20MW of IT capacity, DCD reported. Digital Realty lists the address and a total building size of 16,800 square meters.

Plans for the data center were first announced in June 2023, when the site was said to be expandable to 80MW. A second building, PAR14, is expected on the same site, bringing the total to 54,000 square meters. The engineering firm Terrell Group, which worked on the project, says the two buildings will be built in phases to a total of 80MW, 30MW in PAR13 and 50MW in PAR14, each with two levels of data halls, its own substation and an outdoor generator platform.

Equans said the building uses prefabricated piping, ceiling containment and a lean distribution system. Digital Realty says PAR13 runs on 100% renewable and carbon-free energy, with N+1 cooling redundancy.

Digital Realty has twelve other data centers in Paris, including the four buildings of its Paris Digital Park. Its next large campus is the Dugny Digital Hub on a former French Air Force site northeast of Paris, where construction of the first building, PAR15, began in December 2025, DCD reported in May 2026; the three buildings are planned to provide 176MW of IT capacity.
