Crusoe withdrew from the planned Project Jade data center development south of Cheyenne in Laramie County, Wyoming. The wider 1.8-gigawatt project is continuing with Tallgrass and power supplier Black Hills Corp. The project row marks Crusoe's participation as withdrawn.
Tallgrass said it would keep developing the gas-fired power hub for the campus. Black Hills Corp. said it expected service to begin in early 2028. The developers were seeking another data center partner after Crusoe left.
