Data Center THM1A, Haskell, Texas

Data Center THM1A is a 280,000-square-foot data center under construction at 10357 Loop Road in Haskell, Haskell County, Texas, built by Homebound Group LLC for an estimated $350 million. The state filing lists construction from June 18, 2025 to April 16, 2027, and describes the building as part of the THM campus, with no tenant named.

THM stands for Thelma, a Google-linked data center campus in southern Haskell County; Data Center Dynamics reports that the county's tax abatement records tie Homebound Group to Google. A wastewater permit application for the Thelma campus describes five buildings, the first at 280,000 square feet and a second at 350,000 square feet. Google said in November 2025 that construction had begun on its Haskell County project, part of a $40 billion investment in Texas that includes three new campuses in Armstrong and Haskell counties.

Homebound also has a second site in northern Haskell County, the Journey campus on Red Creek Road, where two buildings are registered at $400 million each, and a third Google-linked campus nearby got a county tax abatement in April 2026.

Haskell County's abatement agreement with Homebound waives 100% of county property taxes on the Journey site for 10 years per phase, except the portion that pays county debt, in exchange for payments made in place of those taxes equal to 25% of what they would have been, at least 50 permanent jobs and a $20,000 yearly donation to local causes.

The Haskell County Commissioners Court approved and oversees the abatements, with the county judge administering the agreements, and no hearing on further phases at either campus is currently scheduled.
