A Google affiliate agreed in 2025 to buy 389 acres in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, for a data center development. The agreement assigned Gamuda earthworks and outside infrastructure, including a water treatment plant and supply pipelines for the Springhill site.
The state's chief minister said in April 2025 that earthworks had begun for the Springhill data center project. The cited reports do not give a confirmed building count, IT capacity or opening date for Google's site.
