Keppel DC REIT owns the Almere Data Centre outright, freehold, in Almere, Netherlands, according to the REIT's 2025 annual report. Almere is an emerging data center market about 30 kilometers from Amsterdam's established clusters, with land available and renewable power from nearby wind and solar farms, the report says.
The property was valued at about 171.3 million Singapore dollars at the end of 2025, up from 155.5 million a year earlier, Keppel DC REIT's filings show.
