AdaniConneX, the data center venture of India's Adani Group, is building a campus for Microsoft on Pargi Road in Elkatta, on the edge of Hyderabad, Telangana, India, according to an Adani announcement in February 2026 that listed campuses "with Microsoft spanning Hyderabad and Pune." No capacity or completion date has been announced for the campus.
AdaniConneX is a joint venture between Adani Enterprises and the US operator EdgeConneX. In January 2024, at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Adani signed an agreement with the Telangana state government to invest more than Rs 5,000 crore, about $600 million, in a 100 megawatt data center powered by renewable energy over five to seven years.
The February 2026 announcement placed the Hyderabad campus within a wider pledge by the Adani Group to invest $100 billion in renewable-powered, AI-ready data centers across India by 2035. That builds on AdaniConneX's existing 2 gigawatt national data center platform, which the company aims to grow to 5 gigawatts.
