China Telecom's Inner Mongolia Information Park is a data center complex in the Horinger New Area, on the southern edge of Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China. The plan calls for 42 data centers and 19 supporting buildings at a cost of 17.3 billion yuan, about $2.59 billion, holding more than 100,000 racks and over a million servers when finished, China Daily reported.

As of June 2022, eight data centers, one multipurpose building, two power centers and other support buildings had gone up, and more than 70 companies, including internet firms, financial traders and government cloud operators, had taken space there, China Daily reported. Each finished data center is meant to hold 2,700 racks and close to 36,000 servers, a later China Daily report said.

The park sits in Inner Mongolia, one of eight areas China has designated as national computing hubs under a plan to move computing demand from its crowded eastern cities to its resource-rich west, Bloomberg reported in September 2026. The wider Horinger New Area now holds 62 computing centers with a combined capacity of 150,000 petaflops, The Next Web reported, citing Xinhua and local authorities.
