Equinix runs two linked xScale data centers, DB5x and DB6x, built for large hyperscale cloud customers at the IDA Business and Technology Park in Snugborough, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, Ireland. Equinix says both buildings in Ireland run on 100 percent renewable energy and have N+1 backup for both power and cooling.
Equinix's own site lists these two buildings by name next to its older DB1 through DB4 facilities nearby, but does not list a third building called DB7x anywhere in its Dublin data center pages. No public street address or other detail for a DB7x building in Dublin has been published.
