NTT Global Data Centers built its Chicago campus on 19 acres off Pierce Road in Itasca, Illinois. The first building, CH1, operates with 36 megawatts of IT load, the first phase of a campus NTT plans to grow past 200 megawatts.
In March 2026, NTT said it had signed nearly 115 megawatts of new capacity commitments across its Gainesville, Virginia; Chicago; and Sacramento, California campuses, including a deployment of more than 90 megawatts for a hyperscale cloud provider.
