A trade publication has named it one of the most beautiful data centers in the world, and the building connects to a dense fiber network with dual, redundant power feeds.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott ordered a freeze on new data center grid connections statewide on August 3, 2026, requiring the Public Utility Commission and grid operator ERCOT to audit projects before they can connect to the power grid.
