Aligned DFW-01 / DFW-03 data center, Tarrant County, Texas

Aligned's DFW-03 data center at 3801 Britton Road in Mansfield, in Tarrant County, Texas, is a 429,600 square foot building on 27 acres with its own substation, registered with the state as a $120.5 million project built from June 2024 to January 2026. It was due to deliver its first capacity from the last quarter of 2025, cooled by air and liquid at densities above 350 kilowatts a rack.

Water is the question people in Tarrant County have been asking. The Tarrant Regional Water District has said that while it supplies cities including Fort Worth and Mansfield, and some of that water ends up in data centers, it has signed no new supply contract for one. Fort Worth, about 20 miles away, voted unanimously on August 11, 2026 to take the first step toward a 90 day pause on new data center proposals, exempting projects already approved.

Aligned's other two Dallas-Fort Worth buildings, DFW-01 and DFW-02, are on a 19 acre campus at 2800 Summit Avenue in Plano, in Collin County, about 50 miles away.
