PowerHouse Data Centers and Poe Companies planned a data center campus on Camp Ground Road in Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky. The project row lists it as under construction. The companies secured 335 megawatts of initial power capacity, with expansion of up to 402 megawatts.
The 154-acre site was planned near the Cane Run Generating Station. A January 2025 report said construction was due to start that year and the first building, with 130 megawatts of capacity, was expected in October 2026. Louisville Gas and Electric planned a new switch station and a dedicated on-site substation for the campus.
