STACK Infrastructure operates its NAL01 data center campus in New Albany, Ohio, east of Columbus in Franklin County, where two buildings sit on 40 acres with 60 megawatts of critical capacity. NAL01A holds 11 megawatts in 116,000 square feet and NAL01B holds 51 megawatts in 332,000 square feet; the company says 48 megawatts of that capacity is new, with secured utility power. STACK markets the campus for AI, machine learning and cloud workloads, citing its low-latency reach to Chicago, New York and Northern Virginia.

The campus draws power from AEP Ohio, whose new data center tariff requires large customers to commit to monthly billing minimums and exit fees; the utility said in February 2026 that the rule had cut its forecast of new Ohio data center demand from 30,000 megawatts to about 5,700. The Ohio Manufacturers' Association is challenging the tariff at the Ohio Supreme Court, arguing inflated forecasts are already raising ordinary customers' bills: "We need proof from AEP, not more claims." The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has approved AEP's billing plan, and the manufacturers' appeal is now pending before the Ohio Supreme Court.
